Small note: Future gatherings are invitation-only and subject to availability. Some experiences may carry a separate fee. Package purchase does not guarantee an invitation, a place or free admission.

Preparing your home

Please prepare a quiet, undisturbed area with enough room for two yoga mats and for two people to stretch fully. Wear comfortable clothing and keep water nearby. Share parking or access instructions with ORA before your visit.

Your baby may be nearby during a postnatal visit. Please let us know in advance so we can plan around your needs. Your instructor provides yoga instruction, not childcare; you remain responsible for your baby and any other children.

Testimonials

I’m so grateful I found ORA. It supported me through such a special chapter of my pregnancy and gave me confidence and strength when I needed it most. More than anything, it helped me slow down, connect with myself and my baby, and truly appreciate how sacred and beautiful this journey is.
Natalia Sula
As a second-time mom, I would especially recommend ORA to every first-time mom. Della somehow knew what my body and mind needed — sometimes before I even knew myself. My weekly yoga session became the time I looked forward to most: a moment to breathe, reset, and feel completely cared for. It was truly healing for both my body and mind.
Sunny Yen
I had the postpartum sessions and slowly started to feel like myself again. The practice helped me find a sense of inner peace during such an overwhelming season, and connecting with other moms going through the same journey made such a difference. I felt understood, supported, and reminded that I wasn’t going through motherhood alone.
